     In this blog I added about carding and Drawframe process  .

CARDING....
     Every spinner aware of carding and its importance of the textile industry ....
      Till now there is no other thought that the card process is very important and quality deciding factor of the final product of the yarn..
     Here with I share my knowledge with all of you..

  Now a days in a market very high speed cards are available..production and quality are the basic requirement of the spinners... There are different textile manufacturer are available in the market .Among them  .. Rieter is the best supplier.  rieter.com

       Rieter machines are considered as a most advance carding machine in the textile field ,there are many special feature are available to treat the cotton or manmade fibres..
   The critical area of licker-in zone..carding zone ( between cylinder and flats) fibre take off zone.(doffer side) and waste separation zone (below cylinder) are well carefully designed for treating the cotton fibres and synthetic fibres..
      Useful tips
The card wire selection is depends on..
1) Fibre quality
2) Maximum delivery speed
3) Type of the geometry of the card
4) Based on delivery quality
5) Room temperature

The transfer factor of fibres depends on
1)Relative speed of the cylinder and doffer
2)Rate of production
3) kind of clothing
4) PPSI of clothing
5) sharpness of clothing
6) The adjustment of cylinder and doffer
7) Staple length
8) Fibre fitness
     
Over heated clothing encourage static charge in spinning
Trailing hooks are more in card
By closing the Front plate the flat waste decrease
Changing the note knife from larger to smaller waste% will increase  
The combing segment at licker-in zone helps preopeing of fibre
Closer setting of guide plate and licker-in will result in reduction of white waste...
